As I embark on this inaugural newsletter, writing after overcoming huge internal hurdles I find myself standing at the intersection of academia, creativity, and the relentless pursuit of passion. First, let me introduce myself. I am a PhD student in Indian Institute of Science, Bengaluru in India with immense interest in music and art.

Over the years I have been hustling my way between my research life, my music recording sessions and my very own solitary moments of making sketches. This vast interest in seemingly random fields comes with a drawback. That is the feeling of time crunch and not being able to do enough looming over you all the time. But will I trade my life over a successful life defined by our society, for a mere checklist of accomplishments? Hell no. That’s the beauty of life. With the escape from the mundane life of mindless babbling, you see through the cosmos and embark the journey to understand the nature and create products those are meaningful and everlasting.

What is this newsletter going to be about?
